Terms of Service

These terms apply to startrace.me and the Startrace add-ons and browser extensions ("Startrace", "we", "us"). By installing or using them you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Startrace tools work inside Google Sheets and other apps you already use. Each tool includes a free monthly allowance. A paid plan removes the limits of the tool it is for, for as long as your subscription is active.
2. Purchases and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, sales tax, receipts and refunds, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If Startrace doesn't work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
3. Licenses
A subscription is for one person. The license key in your purchase email works on up to 3 devices or Google accounts while the subscription is active. Please don't share or resell keys; we may disable keys that are published.
4. Your data
Your files remain yours. Startrace tools act on them only when you run a tool, and only as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep backups of important data: Google Sheets' version history (File → Version history) lets you undo any change a tool makes.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Startrace to break the law or the terms of Google or other platforms, and don't try to get around usage limits or disrupt our servers.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Startrace reliable, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this site before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
